EMP 提供之所有匿名研究包，均基於真實發生過的事件。
我們不使用模擬資料、不重寫虛構案例，也不提供資料庫型產品。

由於真實事件在風險殘留、時間距離與結構影響上存在本質差異，
EMP 採用：

二、案件分類（僅作結構分類，不涉指認）

所有匿名研究包，僅依風險結構類型分類：

Political｜政治與權力結構
Financial｜金融、資本與資源流動
Family｜家族治理、繼承與內部權力
Organizational｜組織、制度與系統性失效

分類僅用於研究理解，
不對應任何具體人物、地點或單位。

三、產品雙軌制總覽

EMP 提供兩條獨立產品軌道：

一般真實事件匿名包（General Cases）
高敏感封存／進行中事件（Sealed & Active Cases）

兩者皆為真實案例，
差異僅在於事件是否仍具有現實層級風險。

四、一般真實事件匿名包（General Anonymous Cases）

定義

已完成去識別與風險封存處理，
且事件本身不再構成即時政治、金融、人身或聲譽風險之真實案例。

內容：1 件真實匿名案例

G-2｜小組合事件包
內容：3–5 件一般事件

一般事件匿名包不提供 10 件以上組合。
EMP 並非資料庫供應商。

五、高敏感封存事件（Sealed High-Sensitivity Cases）

定義

即使完成匿名與封存處理，
仍保留明顯心理、結構或決策層級衝擊之真實事件。

此類事件：

數量極少
無法量產
不保證未來仍可取得同級案例

價格層級（一次性交付）

S-1｜Sealed Case（已封存單案）
價格門檻：USD 15,000 起

S-2｜Clustered Sealed Case（2–3 件結構相同）
價格門檻：USD 40,000 起

價格依事件結構與殘留風險調整，
EMP 不公開上限價。

六、近期完結事件（Recent Sealed Cases）

定義

事件已進入結案階段，
外界可見有限報導，
但關鍵結構與決策細節未被公開。

價格區間

USD 30,000 – 70,000

七、進行中連鎖事件（Active Cascading Cases）

定義

事件已發生，
且可合理判斷已進入第二階段或以上之連鎖狀態。
外界通常僅能觀察到第一階段。

此類交付不屬於歷史研究，
而是一次性的結構判讀。

價格層級

A-C-1｜進行中單一事件
USD 40,000 – 80,000

A-C-2｜1 + 1（第二階段已確認）
USD 90,000 – 150,000

八、Critical Cascading Case（A-C-3）｜申請制

定義

事件已完成第二階段，
並可合理判斷將進入第三階段或系統性外溢。

供應原則

不作為常規產品提供
僅在極少數情況下存在
僅接受研究目的明確之單位申請

價格原則

Access Threshold：USD 150,000 起
實際價格依事件外溢程度與交付責任決定
不設上限價

A-C-3 的核心不是價格，
而是是否允許交付。

九、申請與審核制度

（適用高敏感與進行中案件）

所有 S / Recent / A-C 案件，均需通過以下程序：

使用目的說明（研究／理解／教學）
接受不提供行動建議或執行指引
接受 EMP 對交付內容、深度與價格之最終裁量權

EMP 保留拒絕任何不適合交付之申請的權利。

所有研究包僅供理解與研究
不構成建議、預測或行動指引
價格反映的是稀缺性與風險承擔，而非頁數
高敏感與進行中事件，一旦交付，不重複販售同一版本

結語（定錨）

真正仍在發生、仍在外溢的事件，本來就不多。
EMP 不追求大量成交，
只確保每一次交付都是真實、必要且被理解的。

EMP Anonymous Research Packages

Classification, Access Policy, and Pricing Structure (Complete Overview)

I. Fundamental Position (Please Read Carefully)

All EMP Anonymous Research Packages are based on real-world events that have actually occurred.
We do not use simulated data, rewritten fictional cases, nor do we provide database-style products.

Because real events differ fundamentally in residual risk, temporal proximity, and structural impact,
EMP adopts the following framework:

Event-State Classification × One-Time Delivery × Application & Review-Based Access

We do not provide:

Subscriptions
Annual contracts
Unlimited case libraries
Ongoing monitoring or tracking services

II. Case Classification

(Structural Classification Only, No Identification)

All anonymous research packages are classified solely by structural risk domain:

Political｜Power and governance structures
Financial｜Capital flow, financial systems, and resource control
Family｜Family governance, inheritance, and internal power dynamics
Organizational｜Institutional, organizational, and systemic failures

These classifications are for analytical purposes only and do not correspond to any specific individual, location, or organization.

III. Dual-Track Product Framework

EMP provides two independent product tracks:

General Anonymous Cases
Sealed & Active High-Sensitivity Cases

Both tracks are based on real events.
The distinction lies solely in whether the event still carries real-world operational or systemic risk.

IV. General Anonymous Cases

Definition

Real events that have undergone full de-identification and risk stabilization,
and no longer pose immediate political, financial, personal, or reputational risk.

Academic research
Education and coursework
Structural and pattern comparison
Internal organizational research and training

Pricing (One-Time Delivery)

G-1｜Single General Case
Content: 1 real anonymous case
Price: Starting from USD 3,000

G-2｜Small Case Set
Content: 3–5 general cases
Price: Starting from USD 10,000

General cases are not offered in sets exceeding 10 cases.
EMP is not a database provider.

V. Sealed High-Sensitivity Cases

Definition

Real events that, even after anonymization and sealing,
retain significant psychological, structural, or decision-level impact.

Such cases:

Are extremely limited in number
Cannot be mass-produced
Are not guaranteed to be available again in the future

Pricing (One-Time Delivery)

S-1｜Sealed Case (Single)
Access threshold: Starting from USD 15,000

S-2｜Clustered Sealed Cases (2–3 structurally related cases)
Access threshold: Starting from USD 40,000

Final pricing is adjusted based on structural complexity and residual risk.
EMP does not disclose price ceilings.

VI. Recent Sealed Cases

Definition

Events that have formally concluded,
with limited public reporting available,
while critical structures and decision mechanisms remain undisclosed.

Price Range

USD 30,000 – 70,000

VII. Active Cascading Cases

Definition

Events that have occurred and can be reasonably assessed as having entered
a second stage or higher of cascading progression.
Public visibility is typically limited to the initial stage only.

These deliveries are not historical research,
but one-time structural assessments.

A-C-2｜1 + 1 (Second Stage Confirmed)
USD 90,000 – 150,000

VIII. Critical Cascading Case (A-C-3)｜Application Only

Definition

Events that have completed a second stage
and can be reasonably assessed as entering a third stage or systemic spillover.

Availability Policy

Not offered as a standard product
Exists only under rare conditions
Available strictly through application by qualified institutions

Pricing Principle

Access Threshold: Starting from USD 150,000
Final pricing depends on spillover scope and delivery responsibility
No upper price limit is disclosed

The core of A-C-3 is not price, but permission to deliver.

IX. Application & Review Process

(Applicable to Sealed, Recent, and Active Cases)

All S / Recent / A-C cases require:

Clear statement of use purpose (research / understanding / education)
Acceptance that no operational advice or execution guidance is provided
Acceptance of EMP’s final authority over delivery scope, depth, and pricing

EMP reserves the right to decline any application deemed unsuitable.

X. Important Notice

All research packages are provided solely for understanding and research
They do not constitute advice, prediction, or operational guidance
Pricing reflects scarcity and risk responsibility, not page count
High-sensitivity and active cases are not resold once delivered

Closing Statement

Truly ongoing and externally cascading events are inherently rare.
EMP does not pursue volume sales.
We ensure that every delivery is real, necessary, and properly understood.
