如果一個決策仍然可以反覆修正， 你不需要 EMP。
當你開始意識到：
行動本身可能成為最大風險，
那代表你已經接近，或已進入暗影層。
EMP 不告訴你「怎麼做」。
我們只裁定：
現在是否仍然適合做任何決定。
裁定分級（中文）
適用於：風險尚未完全成形，但結構已出現異常。
交付內容（一次性書面）：
－ 1 頁暗影層風險裁定文件
－ 整體曝險等級標記
－ 是否進入暗影層的明確判定
－ 單一結構位置或趨勢視覺化（不附說明）
不包含：建議、策略、對話、追問
適用於：判斷自由已受壓縮，但尚未完全不可逆。
交付內容（一次性書面）：
－ 3–5 頁暗影層裁定報告
－ 關鍵假設失效點標記
－ 觸發條件與壓力來源對照
－ 雷達圖與基礎結構模擬（不附解釋）
不包含：行動方案、結果預測、後續修正
適用於：決策已貼近不可逆區域， 涉及權力、資本或責任轉移。
交付內容（一次性書面）：
－ 結構性風險與連鎖曝險裁定
－ 暗影層風險地圖
－ 歷史匿名案例結構比對（不揭露來源）
此層級不保證接案。
S｜極端／主權層級案件
此層級不公開定價。
僅適用於主權、極端資本風險， 或高度不可見的隱性事件。
僅接受 Email 聯繫。
是否回覆，完全由 EMP 人工裁定。
若接受案件：
僅交付最終裁定文件， 不解釋、不討論、永久結案。
English｜Adjudication Description
If a decision can still be repeatedly adjusted, EMP is unnecessary.
When you begin to realize that
action itself may become the greatest risk,
it indicates that you are approaching, or have already entered, the shadow layer.
EMP does not tell you what to do.
We determine only one thing:
whether any decision should still be made at this stage.
Adjudication Tiers (English)
Applicable when risk has not fully formed, but structural anomalies are already present.
Deliverables (one-time written):
－ 1-page shadow-layer risk adjudication
－ Overall exposure tier marking
－ Clear determination of shadow-layer entry
－ Single structural position or trend visualization (no explanation)
Excludes advice, strategy, dialogue, or follow-up questions.
Applicable when judgment freedom has been compressed, but is not yet fully irreversible.
Deliverables (one-time written):
－ 3–5 page shadow-layer adjudication report
－ Key assumption failure point markings
－ Trigger conditions and pressure-source mapping
－ Radar charts and basic structural simulation (no explanation)
Excludes action plans, outcome predictions, or subsequent revisions.
Applicable when a decision is approaching an irreversible zone, involving power, capital, or responsibility transfer.
Deliverables (one-time written):
－ Structural risk and cascade exposure adjudication
－ Shadow-layer risk mapping
－ Historical anonymized structural comparison (sources undisclosed)
Acceptance is not guaranteed at this tier.
S｜Extreme / Sovereign-Level Cases
Pricing is not publicly disclosed at this level.
Applicable only to sovereign matters, extreme capital risk, or highly non-transparent implicit events.
Contact is accepted by email only.
Whether a response is provided is determined solely by EMP.
If a case is accepted:
Only the final adjudication document is delivered.
No explanation. No discussion. Case permanently closed.
